Physical and economic occupancy side by side, broken down by unit type, so you can see where units-let and revenue collected pull apart. At-risk units are flagged automatically, each with an estimated monthly value, so you know what a lapsed tenancy is worth before you chase it.

Every lead Stora records, from a booking started and not finished to a quote request or a form, with how many became a deal, by source, unit type and site. Open leads nobody has followed up after two days are listed oldest first, so they are picked up before they go cold. Channel figures come from what Stora captures at enquiry, so treat them as a steer rather than full ad-platform attribution.
Revenue & Profit
A running view of monthly recurring revenue, billed against collected, a twelve-month revenue trend and a lightweight profit and loss summary, built for a storage operator rather than an accountant. Arrears
The overdue balance, how many customers are behind and how long the oldest debt has run, split by age and by site and read straight from Stora. Failed payments are listed as they happen and the customers who owe the most are ranked, so you know who to chase first.

The rent increases scheduled in Stora, the extra monthly rent they add and how many customers have not been sent their notice yet. Any increase Stora could not apply is listed, and customers due to leave before theirs lands are flagged. Pulse reads these, it never changes them.
Storefront Funnel
Every step from a storefront visit to a completed booking: views → reserve clicks → booking steps started → bookings completed. It is fed by Amax Connect’s own first-party visitor data, so you can see exactly where people are dropping out and fix that page or step directly.
